What "verified" means here
Verified requires three independent green signals:
- Sweep — local API
/health200 + local web 200 + public HTTPS/health200. - Deploy-fresh — systemd service start time is at-or-after the latest commit on main. Stale = the service is running OLD code; needs
systemctl restartto flip the new code live. - Smoke — the app's own
scripts/smoke.shruns against the live services with zero failures. - Harden — six security checks pass: HSTS (max-age ≥ 1y),
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff, frame protection (X-Frame-Options or CSP frame-ancestors), Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and an auth gate (any/v1/*protected route returns 401/403 unauth).
Near-verified = all three dimensions are at the top OR second tier. Partial = service is up but at least one dimension is failing. Anything below means the service isn't deployed yet.
