How this works
The verify pipeline runs four checks per app: sweep (HTTP probes), deploy-fresh (systemd start time vs latest commit), smoke (each app's own scripts/smoke.sh), and harden (six security headers + auth gate). Composite score is a weighted sum: max 100 = all four dimensions perfect.
