Draft v1 — pending legal review.

Terms of Service

By using MagnusAI you agree to the following. This is a draft. Lawyer review is required before launch — every clause below is annotated for the legal team.

1. The service

MagnusAI is a personal AI agent that orchestrates apps in the Magnus / Quiky ecosystem on your behalf. We act only within the permissions you grant.

2. Your responsibilities

3. Consent + actions

You authorize MagnusAI to take actions only within the green-light matrix you configure. We surface a consent prompt before any irreversible action and voice-confirm above your $-threshold (default $100).

4. Money

Subscription tiers are billed via Stripe in USD. Cred is an internal credit unit (1 Cred = $1 toward any tier). Tips and Cred gifts are 100% pass-through (no platform fee). Other transactions follow the published 20% platform fee + third-party cost pass-through model.

5. Data + privacy

See our Privacy policy. Short version: we don't sell your data; the brain learns patterns, not user data; payloads sent to the central brain are scoped to {accountId, kind, ref_ids} — no PII.

6. Minors

Under-18 accounts are minor-mode by default (no voice cloning, no purchases, no social posting) until a verified parental_consents row exists. Stricter under-13 per COPPA.

7. Termination

You may cancel any time. Tap the kill-my-data button in /app to immediately disconnect accounts, cancel subscriptions, and queue your account for hard-purge in 7 days.

8. Sunset clause (V1-F9)

If MagnusAI ceases operation due to funding loss, pivot, or acquisition, we will notify all users 90 days in advance, provide a complete data export of every account, and continue operating in a wind-down mode for that 90-day window. We will not abandon your data.

9. Liability

MagnusAI is provided "as is". We're not liable for actions you authorized us to take. We are liable for actions outside your authorization (consent breach) — that's the contract.

10. Governing law
